Receives and processes requests for Durable Medical Equipment from patients and customers.
- Responsible for validating and tracking orders
- Verifying patient details and insurance information
- Confirming shipping method and shipping instructions
- Checking order status If delivered or fulfilled
- Respond to client inquiries accurately and in an efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
Qualifications
- At least 6 months experience handling an international healthcare related account is required
- At least 6 months experience handling a DME account is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient in using computers and various applications
