Responsible for the successful implementation of Recruitment and HR services to our partners and clients in the United States.
- Conducting phone interviews and assessments
- Managing sourcing channels and job boards
- Updating HR databases and trackers
- Scheduling interviews and following up documents
- Establish good relationship with our business partners by giving timely updates
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months experience in Recruitment and/ or HR related positions
- Experience in US/ global recruiting is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and adept in multi-tasking
- Proficient in MS Office applications and trainable in HR software solutions
