Our recruitment team cultivates a dynamic team composed of a team lead, manager, and agents.

The Operational Excellence department creates learning platforms, tech tools, and processes to create a streamlined workflow.

Training

A point person at your company trains the ista team lead who is responsible for all further training. Trainings are recorded, and curriculum materials are created for future use.

Communication

Communication is sent several times a day with reports on work completed and progress. Any problems are immediately handled and reported.

Creation

Your remote office supports your team so that all operations run smoothly!
